DEF Dash 5K

The DEF Dash, an in-person run and walk event, originated from the long-standing Bernie’s Run and took place at Barnes Memorial Park. It gathers hundreds of participants keen on enjoying a day filled with athletic activity, music, food, and festivities. Prizes are awarded to leading finishers in various age categories. The event fosters community spirit by supporting the Dedham Education Foundation and the local schools, ensuring participants feel a deep connection to educational causes through their participation.
