THE CONNEMARA 100 on the West Coast of Ireland will be run over a measured and certified course and a full AAI permit will be applied for.
The course is simply fabulous, taking participants from Clifden through Letterfrack, the Inagh Vally, one loop of the Connemarathon Ultra, towards Roundstone, Ballyconeely and back to Clifden.
The scenery is needless to say fantastic.
