ABOUT THE CCAP
The Connecticut Cycling Advancement Program (CCAP) is an organization whose goal is to improve the lives of Connecticut's youth and young adults through the sport of cycling. With the help of more experienced riders, the CCAP supports young people in cycling from our state's high schools all the way to the top of the sport. Cyclists of all ages and skill levels are invited to become involved today!
THE VENUE
The Second Company Governor’s Horse Guard (2GHG) is one of four companies of organized militia within the Connecticut Military Department. Chartered in 1808, in New Haven to protect and attend the governor in times of peace, and war, the unit is one of the oldest continuously mounted cavalry units in the United States.

Day of registration is available. Adults: $50 cash or $55 Venmo; electronic registration forms, please bring your cell phone to registration. Juniors: $30 or $35 with Venmo. Please pre-register!
All USA Cycling Rules Apply.
You may only enter the course for inspection after the winner of the previous race has finished, and the Chief Referee has indicated that the course is open. Riders inspecting the course who pass any rider still competing may lose call-up position or be disqualified.
One-day Beginner licenses may be purchased in certain categories for $10 and are valid for a single day of racing. One-day Beginner licenses may only be purchased by Category 5 men and women, for use in races open to those categories.
Registration will open at 7:00 a.m. and closes 10 minutes before each race.
Staging for all races will be by CrossResults.com points.
Mountain bikes without bar ends are allowed. Helmets are mandatory.
* 19-year-olds can compete in the 15-18/High School category, if they are currently enrolled in high school, registered in a high school cycling team, registered to race in the 15-18/High School category, and wearing their high school cycling team jersey during the race.
