The Canterbury Half Marathon is being held on Sunday 8th of December 2019 at Pegasus Town. This beautiful lake and town setting will host the Canterbury Half Marathon and 9km Run and Walk.
Held in the beautiful Pegasus Town, the run will see runners run around the lake and experience amazing water views, walkways and some amazing homes in this amazing town setting.
Canterbury Half Marathon will cater for all runners; whether you’re a beginner or an elite runner, this fast-flat course will give you the opportunity to do one of the fastest half’s you’ve ever done.
There will be a Walking section in both the half marathon and 9km, and a Hybrid in the half marathon. "This allows you to run a bit and walk a bit". With the Kidz Dash being a 3km run, this giving them a flavour of the experience of running in a big event. Their run will be around the lake.
Start Times:
All Walkers and Hybrid will start at 8:30am with race brief at 8:20am.
All Runners will start at 9:00am with race brief at 8:50am.
The Kidz Dash will start at 9:10am with race brief at 9:05am.
