The race has 3 competitions: a 1 mile run for boys and girls 12 and under; a 5K run; and a 10K run. The 5K run has 10 age divisions/age categories for both men and women (see below). The 10K run is an open run and has divisions for both men and women.
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division/age category.
