Big Backyard

The Big Backyard Run is an annual event celebrating King County Parks' contribution to our communities. Established in 2010, this fun run and family walk aims to support park maintenance and operations, keeping these facilities available year-round. Participants have successfully rallied together, raising over $80,000 for the benefit of the parks. This event highlights the communal spirit and appreciation for the natural recreational resources available in the region, promoting outdoor activity and support for local green spaces.
