Join us for the 39th annual tour through the largest Amish community in Illinois. The event will feature four (4) loops of various distances between 10 and 30 miles. Ride as many or as few as you’d like. Terrain is flat to rolling, and appropriate for all riders and bicycle types.
Enjoy quiet backroads, where horse-drawn buggies and cottage industries are numerous.
A central rest stop, located at the start/stop point, will offer snacks, fruit and drinks.
Event details and schedule
Registration site/Start/Finish Arthur Community Bldg., 120 E Progress, Arthur IL. Registration open 7:00 -10:00 a.m. Ride is held rain or shine. No refunds allowed. Parking free in surrounding area. Register early for best price. Mail postmarked after Aug.30 reflects higher fee. . On-line registration closes 48 hrs prior to event.
SAG (service and gear) vehicles available until 3:00 p.m. Ride safely with a good working order bicycle. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED.
Potential post-ride meal options are being evaluated. Please check the club web site at a later date for updates.
Camping available at Jurgens Park in Arthur. RV camping $20.00 per site, no pre-reg. required. Collection box at east end. Tent camping is free.
