A Humble Journey Ride - VA

The Humble Journey is all about the things that matter - sharing good times on bikes with friends in new places. 35 miles or 55 miles, rider's choice. Lets gather together and pedal bikes on low traffic roads appreciating the majesty of the wild world. Saturday March 9th.

So we present a weekend full of bikes on exciting back roads right here in #Gravelachia. Our host venue for the weekend is Stargazer Park. This cool venue right off the Blue Ridge Parkway offers up a variety of retro campers for lodging surrounding a shared campfire space. Uniquely positioned to access some of the best gravel and dirt road riding there is our friends at Stargazer will host us all weekend. We recommend booking with them directly for camping or vintage trailer lodging. 

The Humble Journey prioritizes the things that matter over glitz and glamour. The weekend's rides will be GPS guided with no aid stations or support other than a bagged snack provided by Big Indian Bakery to enjoy at your convenience.

We launch at 10AM on one of two courses, rider choice which sample Appalachian Journey goodies from this years Journey. Riders will be provided these routes via gps the week prior and can expect around 100 feet/mile of rolling Appalachian dirt.
