Join Colombo Night Run: Open, Free Running Community in Colombo. All Runners Welcome! Come every week for a free 5K, untimed run through the streets of Colombo, Sri Lanka. This is not a race and the course includes roads open to traffic. Ideal for all fitness levels, this community event fosters camaraderie, boosts health, and offers a great nighttime run in the vicinity of the Independence Square, Colombo. Lace-up, meet fellow enthusiasts, and embrace the joy of running together!

CNR is a group that encourages runners. I started running with CNR seven years ago and have achieved so much in my running journey. It’s probably one of the best things I’ve done in my life to stay fit. Moreover, it’s a wonderful community to be a part of, where people help each other achieve their running goals. People from many countries are part of CNR, and it’s absolutely amazing!
