Great race!

Great race, but there should be more toilets around the start area.

Brilliant route and location, great organisation and fun! Things to improve it in my opinion - increase the cut off time for the marathon to 6 hours, as a lot of runners crossed the line just after the 5 & a half hour cut off. The last few runners had a lack of support and cheering, have cheering stations at each KM until the end.

It was a great track, really beautiful and well organised.

This was my first half marathon and I can honestly say it won't be my last loved every km I've already signed up for next years but this time I'm doing the full marathon

A nice run in a beautiful city. Malaga seemed really well prepared for the half and full marathon and the weather was pretty perfect. 12 degrees to start and 20 at the finish. The first 21km is quite spectacular running along the coast and quite close to the town. But once you pass halfway the views become much more industrial until about 5km from the end. The number collection is also pretty out of the way but the expo itself was good. Aid stations were regular and plentiful with cheerful volunteers. The first one though was directly into the rising sun and I nearly didn't see it (not that I expect the organisers to control the sun!). Support is sporadic but where the crowds were, they gave great support. Coming from Ireland it was nice to run in good weather so I would run Malaga again

Possible PB territory but quite twisty in places, especially in the last 3km or so in the city

Good start and finish in the center of the city, couple turns, well organised stations.

Everything was amazing and very well laid out,great teams on hand. My only criticism was that to collect your race bib at the ferry terminal you had to walk to and were not allowed to drive to and park this was compounded by the fact that the marathon is set on a bank holiday weekend and therefore parking in the city was impossible so I had to park on the outskirts and get and Uber in. This also was the case on race day however for people staying in the city centre would not have this problem. The race organisers should have warned that parking at the terminal was not allowed. Also I thought it was harsh they had cut off times for both the half and full marathons to be completed which is unfair for the slower runners.

Easy on the flat and very scenic along the sea front!

Fantastic event, great route and impressively well organized. An example for other organizations to stretch for.

Well organised , nice weather and nice route in this amazing location. The whole experience was breathtaking for the emotions and the feelings : running with the crowd and hearing everybody around cheering was fantastic!

Nice route with volunteers giving water fruits on the way even for beginners like me was a pleasure to run

We loved the Expo , the organised breakfast run and the children’s races. Everything was well organised and easy to access. The only thing that was disappointing is the race pictures. Half cut off in most pictures.

The views were amazing , running along the sea on what seemed a never ending road.
