Prague Half Marathon

The route and crowd was perfect. The app and reporting during the race did not meet my expectations. Very difficult to monitor results in the race. Split times did not give any logic at all.

Ahead of the race the organisers did a fantastic job, the run expo was great as was the technical area. However as a slow runner I did not feel overly included as we knew about the 3 hour cut off (but assumed this was from the last runner passing the start not the gun. So we soon found ourselves at the back of the race being chased by the road sweepers! They soon passed us and we were out the race. So by the time we got to feed stations they were more interested in cleaning up than giving out water. I had to stop and find some at every feed station - not great duty of care to runners who are running in 27 degree heat! Then at time it was a struggle to find were we were supposed to go as the was almost zero signage on the route. Then to cap it of at the finish of the race 10 mins after cut off we had to ask for a medal! This was not an inclusive race.

Nice route - non inclusive race. Thus poor actual race experience.

Dieser Laf in Prag war ein echtes Erlebnis 🏃🏼‍♀️ gut organisiert, die Hauptpunkte gut zu erreichen! Der Start Gänsehaut pur zur Musik von Smetana „ Die Moldau „ Die Strecke war anstrengend, wegen der vielen Pflastersteine. Die gehören zu Prag und machen dieses Flair 🫶 Prag ist eine Tolle Stadt 🌆

Halbmarathon, weil ich die SuperHalfs laufen möchte. Prag war der Anfang 🙋🏼‍♀️
