Fat Tire to McIntire

Sunday, Feb 19th from 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. Register online or at 110 East Main Street, Riceville, the Wapsi-Great Western Line Trail Welcome Center.

Enjoy a 12 mile out-n-back brrrrr ride on a groomed portion of the Wapsi-Great Western Line Trail between Riceville and McIntire, Iowa. 

Proceeds benefit the Wapsi-Great Western Line Trail and the Mitchell County Fat Tire Club.

Riders must register: $10 online | Same day registration $12 10:00 AM-12 PM

Hot Cocoa and cookies complimentary to all registered riders at the WGWL Trailhead by a roaring fire. 

Additional refreshments offered at cost will be available at restauranteurs in Riceville and McIntire.  Registered riders receive the following discount:

2 for 1 beverages at Goosey's in McIntirea free koozie at the Rowdy Beaver in Riceville $1 off any beverage at Murph's 2 in Riceville$1 off any beverage at The 10th Hole in Riceville

COVID Additions:

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, had direct contact with an individual diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 10 days or are experiencing symptoms, YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEND Fat Tire to McIntire.

Fat Tire to McIntire will take place unless a governor or presidential order prohibits, which is beyond the event's control and no refunds will be given.
