St. Margaret's House Winter Walk

Winter Walk is a fundraising walk to support the work of St. Margaret’s House. Scheduled intentionally during the coldest month of the year, the community has historically joined together for a one mile walk in solidarity with the women and children of St. Margaret’s House whose everyday means of transportation are their feet. Regardless of the weather – sun, rain, snow or sleet.  

This year we are combining our traditionally in-person walk and a "virtual" style that we first tried out last year.  The "virtual" portion will be the week leading up to our in-person walk which will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday, Feb 20.  For the "virtual" portion, we still ask that you do a one mile walk, wherever you are, during the one week time frame of Feb 13-20.  The virtual aspect is that you then share your walk with us, your friends and your family.  #SMHWinterWalk

Proceeds from Winter Walk enable St. Margaret’s House to continue to be a haven of hospitality and provide life changing support, programs and services for women and children in need in our community.
