MN DAR Flag Day 5K for the Fisher House

Run or walk this virtual 5k, sponsored by the Minnesota State Society Daughters of the American Revolution, to raise money for the Minneapolis Fisher House, which serves veterans and their families. The Fisher House provides no cost accommodations to family members of those receiving treatment at the VA Hospital.

In 2022 we are staying virtual! What does this mean for you?

You can complete your distance anytime between when you sign up and June 11, 2022. You can do it all at one time, or break it into smaller sections. It's your choice!

For most people, a 5K will be between 5000 and 8000 steps, depending on your stride and speed.

There will be no in-person traditional race option in 2022.
