This fun event is a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event, and on a flat and fast USATF-certified 5K course (VA-22029-RT), and with a one mile fun run/walk and virtual 5K run.

EARLY REGISTRATION:  T-shirt size is only guaranteed to those who register by Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. 

Online registrations will be closed on August 18th at 7 pm. On the day of the event in-person registration will be open at 6:45 am, and there will be $5 price increase.

But that's not all! Once you've crossed the finish line, get ready for an unforgettable Community Day filled with laughter, joy, engaging games and endless fun.
