DICX - Detroit Invitational Cyclocross

COURSE: A 1.4 mile circuit that includes everything you’d expect in ‘cross including some of the biggest race fields in Michigan – at the site of the historic Dorais Velodrome. 

The course will be open briefly between races for preview.

Kids' race at 2:15 PM - FREE entry.  

FINE PRINT:  HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR CYCLOCROSS PARTCIPATION. Race runs rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. All USA Cycling rules apply.  CYCLOCROSS racers must provide a valid USA Cycling annual license at registration or will be required to purchase a CAT5 one-day license at the event ($15).  Parent or guardian of those under 18 will be required to sign, no exceptions. Cyclocross racing age is your age as of DECEMBER 31, 2025. Cyclocross racers from outside the U.S. must show a valid UCI license or purchase a one-day license. No bar ends or clip on aero bars allowed. Winners must show identification to claim prize money. 15-minute protest period for results.

Awards will take place immediately after results are final for each race category.

REGISTER:  Pre-registration online at BikeReg.com closes Wednesday, September 18th at 10:00 p.m. EST.  Unless otherwise noted, pre-registered racers will be staged according to Crosss Results ranking at close of registration.  Day-of registrants will be staged by registration order.  Races will mass start unless otherwise noted.  There are no tire width restrictions.

Day of registration for all races will be subject to a $20 late fee. Late registration and number pick up closes 30 minutes prior to each race on race day. Participants may enter a 2nd race for only $15. Please make checks payable to Racing Greyhounds Cycling Team.  Venmo also available on site.
