About the event

B3 is returning to Mathias, WV and the iconic Lost River Barn on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Registration is available for two rides, the Rattlesnake and Bobcat, with the option of adding barn or camping accommodations with meals for the weekend.

B3 isn't a race, but you can expect a challenging ride featuring a number of long gravel sections and steep ridge climbs. The beauty of the remote landscape means very little cell phone coverage, but also very few cars. More than anything, B3 is about bringing together a community of likeminded cyclists and friends new and old to enjoy in the camaraderie that comes with spending a weekend in the mountains riding bikes together.

The Lost River Barn and Raw Talent Ranch were founded by the late Jay Moglia, who over the past two decades welcomed an entire generation of mid-Atlantic cyclists to his retreat - also known as "the barn" - to train and take in the aura of the mountains.
