Trottin' Oxen Beer Mile at Old Ox Brewery

What's better than enjoying a beer after a race? 

Drinking one right before!

Grab three of your closest, craziest friends and come out to Old Ox Brewery In Ashburn, VA on Saturday, October 5th for the 5th (almost-)Annual Old Ox Beer Mile Relay!  

Teams of 4 people come together to drink and run.  Each person must drink their entire can of beer before running their 1/4 mile-ish leg. No spitting or spilling allowed. As soon as you hit the exchange zone - your next teammate can start downing their beer. 

Rules:  

-For this Beer Mile, there is no individual registration. 4-person teams only.  

-There will be a division for teams with a member who is not drinking alcohol but would still like to participate. Mixed beverage teams are not eligible for the grand prize. 

-Participants must be 21 years of age or older

Awards:

-The Winning Team will walk away with bragging rights.
