Join us for a spectacular women's-only 5K and 10K through the breathtaking Cleveland Metroparks. As we unite in the name of fitness, our mission is to raise awareness for the powerful link between staying active and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.

👟 Event Details: Ladies, get ready for a chip-timed run and walk on a fast and gorgeous course! Gentlemen, your support is invaluable—come cheer us on or volunteer at the finish line or water stop. All paces and abilities are welcome.

Thursday, May 2: Packet Pick Up @ Hope Yoga in Westlake from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM. Enjoy $5 yoga at 7:30 PM.
Friday, May 3: Packet Pick Up @ Second Sole in Lakewood from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Saturday, May 4:07:30 AM: Day-of-race packet pick-up and registration begin in the picnic shelter.

07:45 AM: 1 Mile Walk for all ages08:00 AM: Optional start for walkers in 10K (all 5K walkers start with 8:30 AM start).08:30 AM: 10K & 5K race start (common start).10:00 AM (est'd): Award ceremony. All paces welcome!
