Mountaineer 5K

The Mountaineer is an inclusive event organized by the Summit Academy Parent Teacher Organization, open to runners, walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers, benefiting Summit Academy Mountaineers athletics and clubs. Participation supports the development of students in sports and team activities while promoting fitness and health awareness. Participants receive a finisher's medal and a cool T-shirt, with customized awards crafted by students. The course is fast and flat with post-race celebrations, including food and drinks. The event emphasizes community engagement, health, and excitement for all ages while supporting the students with essential equipment and enriching extracurricular activities.
