Monster Dash 5K - Jensen Beach

The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast is bringing back our popular Monster Dash 5K for 2022!  This outdoor event will benefit the Children's Museum's Education Department which offers schools, students and kids the opportunity to experience education through playful learning inside the classroom and at the Museum through field trips and summer camps. The education department is designing new outreach programs and will purchase awesome new supplies! Title one schools and 501 C (3) organizations are able to apply and attend the Museum or book an outreach program for FREE through the Scholarship Fund. The Marti Huizenga Scholarship has welcomed over 6,000 students and 150 Campers who have been financially impacted.  The Scholarship fulfills the Museums promise to strive to give EVERY child the opportunity to experience pieces of the Museum, regardless of the ability to pay.  
The Monster Dash is a timed and certified 5K, managed by Mike Melton and his amazing team.  The run will begin and end at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach.  Prizes, medals and costume contest will take place after all racers have finished.
