Hot Pursuit 5K - Lexington

The Lexington Police Foundation and Mounted Unit are excited to be continuing our Hot Pursuit 5K

On April 15,2023 we will be hosting both a 5k (walk or run), making this a community event the whole family can participate in! So come out and enjoy the festivities, enjoy donuts from Pure Eats, Pulled Pork Sandwiches from CHEFS Catering and Meet the Mounted Unit Horses Buddy & Jasper. 

Open to runners/walkers of all abilities. Strollers welcome. Pets on a leash are welcome. 

Schedule

8:30AM - Same Day Registration Opens
10:15AM - Stretch and Warm-up
10:30AM - 5K Race Start

Awards presentation & photos to follow. 

Race Amenities:

Chip timed
Pre-registered 5k participants will receive race t-shirt WHILE supplies last (must register by April 1st to guarantee a shirt)***
Post-race water and refreshments
Overall and age group awards in the 5k

The deadline to receive a t-shirt is April 1st. If you register after that date, we cannot guarantee a Hot Pursuit t-shirt but will have shirts available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the race.
