Aït Bouguemez, affectionately known as the "happy valley," is celebrated for the warmth and hospitality of its people, whose name, "the people of the middle," reflects their unique location amidst these grand mountains. Nestled between the provinces of Azilal and Ouarzazate, the valley boasts an altitude range of 1800m to 2300m, dominated by the imposing 4068m M'Goun massif and encircled by multiple peaks soaring over 3000m.
