Dicken Run

The Dicken Run 5k offers athletes an exciting opportunity to challenge themselves on one of the fastest certified courses near the Huron River in Ann Arbor, MI. Navigate the scenic streets surrounding Dicken Elementary School while aiming for a personal best or simply savoring the community vibe with fellow runners. The event supports the Dicken Elementary School PTO with all proceeds contributing to school initiatives.Participants will gather at Dicken Elementary School on 2135 Runnymede Blvd, with the race commencing at 8:45 am. The top three overall male and female finishers will be rewarded with gift cards from the Ann Arbor Running Company. Additionally, the top performers in each age group—from under 10 to 80 and over—will receive unique athletic memorabilia, including handmade ceramic street signs for first place.

Prepare to compete alongside 400 fellow runners, and remember, there is no day-of registration—make sure to register in advance. Early packet pickup and late registration are available at the Ann Arbor Running Company. To enhance your race experience, optional commemorative t-shirts can be added to your registration before close.

Parking details and essential race day information will be distributed to participants beforehand. For those who would like to lend a hand, volunteer opportunities are available, and your support will play a crucial role in ensuring a successful event.
