Carlisle Downtown Mile

The Carlisle Downtown Mile is an event benefiting the Employment Skills Center, aimed at providing free adult education and training. The event includes a physical race in downtown Carlisle, as well as a virtual race component. Participants can compete in various categories, such as individual age groups or team challenges across sectors like healthcare, education, and governmental organizations. Awards are bestowed upon top male and female runners, team performers, and age groups. Additional post-race activities include a beer garden for those over 21 and Kids Alley with diverse activities. Volunteers can contribute and receive a complimentary t-shirt.
