XTERRA EX2

Escape the city heat for a mountain adventure at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, MD. Participate in the XTERRA EX2 Off-Road Triathlon, Duathlon, and Relay. The triathlon features a swim in the warm, clear waters of a mountain lake. The duathlon begins with a semi-technical trail run. Following this, all participants tackle a mountain bike course with lakeside singletrack, fire roads, grassy sections, and rock gardens. The final transition involves a run through rooty trails, open flats, and varied terrains. This event offers fun and challenge for novices and seasoned athletes alike.
