There will be music, the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association K-9 Kids Korner with games, inflatables, crafts, K-9 Demonstrations, K-9 Story-Time, Craft and Food Vendors an amazing Car Show from 10am – 3pm. We Run Blue 5K & Walk is an Annual Event for the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association (ISA). Race proceeds help raise funds to support the 102 County Sheriffs in Illinois with: Continued Education for Law Enforcement, Lobby Efforts for Best Policy that impacts Sheriffs & their communities, Youth Scholarship Funds,Grant Programs for critical technology and, Deputy & K-9 protective equipment, & resources when deputies are injured or lost in the line of duty.
