We are back!!! Bigger and better than ever! THE 5K Run for Parkinson's will be taking place on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 in Farragut Tennessee Participants and attendees can come early or stay after and enjoy our health exhibition and our MOVEMENT program. NEW for 2024 we are excited to offer the option of a 10K Run as a challenge for longer distance runners.

Once again all of the surrounding Parkinson's support groups are coming together in support of ONE event focused on Parkinson's Awareness! We will be UNITED for the cause! The goal of our 4th annual 5K Run is to help people better understand this progressive nervous system disorder and offer patients and their families a caring environment full of support.

In 2015, PJ Parkinson's Support was created and held its first walk-a-thon that fall. Now in its seventh year, the 5K run was added in 2019 and we are now working with other support groups in the East Tennessee area to increase awareness of Parkinson's Disease and what is being done locally to help those with Parkinson's and their families.
