Celebrate Global Running Day with us! 

Global Running Day celebrates what makes running so special–camaraderie and friendship, endorphins and accomplishment, and the chance to challenge your personal limits. Whether it’s your first 5K or your fiftieth, we invite you to join us for The Big Run on Wednesday, June 5 at Fleet Feet Tacoma.

PRICE: FREE, however, 100% of cash donations at the event will go to Black Girls RUN!

Help Us Give Back: This year we are partnering with Black Girls RUN! Black Girls RUN! was created to tackle the growing obesity epidemic in the African American community and provide encouragement and resources to both new and veteran runners. According to the Centers for Disease Control, 80% of African American women are overweight. BGR! wants to create a movement to lower that percentage and subsequently, lower the number of women with chronic diseases associated with an unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle. We'll be collecting any donations you'd like to make at the event.
