Team Heart and Soul 5k/10k

Welcome to the Team Heart and Soul 5k and 10k race through the town of Woodruff, SC.

We know that you want to be apart of something bigger than yourself. At Team Heart & Soul, this means we take care of our neighbors. The problem in our community is that life’s circumstances have left people in need, leaving them feeling neglected and embarrassed. This is wrong because nobody should have to do life alone.We feel a sense of responsibility for the community of Woodruff. In the last 3 years, we’ve been able to give away over $70k dollars to families in need because of donors like you. 

Join us on August 10, 2024 for a fantastic run through the town of Woodruff, starting and finishing in the historic McKinney Park. The City of Woodruff is also making an all day, free, "Heart & Soul Fest," event along with our run. There will be rides, carnival activities, live music and food all day. So plan to stick around! 

There are 2 options for this race. A 5k and 10k. The 10k will just be a second loop of the 5k course.

All proceeds for this event will go to support Team Heart and Soul with donations for the citizens of Woodruff this Christmas. Donations will be accepted.
