Sudbury July 4th Road Race

Join us for the 60th running of the Sudbury July 4th Race!

All registration for race and fun-run is here online. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY.

Registration closes at 9 AM on July 3rd or when our insurance cap on total participants is reached. Avoid disappointment and register early :)  

The on-line waiver must be e-signed (by the runner or a guardian) here on runreg ASAP. If you are registering another adult please have them come on to runreg and e-sign the waiver. Avoid disappointment and make sure the waiver is e-signed for every person you registered.   We cannot issue bibs to runners who have not e-signed the waiver prior to race day.  

The course is a beautiful counterclockwise loop starting and ending at Featherland Park in Sudbury. Trophies are awarded by age group: age 13 and under, 14-19, and then by decade 20-29, 30-39, etc. Our tradition is to award trophies only to runners who are current Sudbury residents, grew up in Sudbury, or work for the town. T-shirts will be available to the first 250 runners to pick up their bibs on race day for the 3.75-mile race.

Stollers are not allowed on the racecourse.  Pets are not allowed on the racecourse.  

We will be also hosting a “Little Kids” Fun Run at Featherland Park co-sponsored by the Sudbury Family Network.   There is no fee for the fun run. Fun runners must be pre-registered and on-line waiver e-signed here at runreg by 9AM July 3rd.

This race has been a Sudbury tradition since 1965.
