Stride 5K Run/Walk

Description: We're back! Please join us for our annual 5k Stride (walk or run) around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield to benefit MelroseWakefield Hospital. Participants will enjoy a custom running shirt, post race festivities including snow cones, lawn games, giveaways, entertainment, all while helping to raise vital funds to help keep our community healthy. 

Location: Lake Quannapowitt, 1 Church Street, Wakefield, MA (Start and registration at Gazebo)

Start Time: 6PM

Packet Pickup/Race Day Reg:
Race day pickup ONLY.
Race day reg/check in will open on Wednesday at 4:45pm at race site.

Fees:
$25 in advance
$30 day of event 
**Kids 15 & under: $15

Course: Flat and fast 5k around the Lake

Swag: First 150 pre-registered participants will receive a custom tech t-shirt

Awards:
Top 3 Overall Male and Female
1st M/F Overall in the following age groups: 15 and under, 16-19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 -69, 70+
Fastest Team/Largest Team
(No Double Dipping)

Beneficiary: 100% proceeds will be allocated to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

Weather: This event will take place rain or shine. There will be no refunds.
