Sound to Sea

NMR brings you Sound to Sea…an unsanctioned relay race from the North Shore to the South Shore!  

We are taking another relay that you might be familiar with and absolutely flipping it on its head!  Is it worth it?  Let me work it!  I put my thing down flip it and reverse it!  This is going to be one helluva day!

8 Runners per team, 8 legs with an average of a 10K distance, lots and lots of fun!  We start up North at the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park in Oyster Bay and finish with a party in Jones Beach!

Routes are all drawn out and will be available to you after registration!  You can follow them in Strava, enjoy turn by turn directions in RunGo, or go old school and write on your arm!

Music, food, and drinks will be available at the afterparty!  Each person that registers before August 12th will receive a free Sound to Sea t-shirt!  

Again, this is an unsanctioned, underground, down and dirty race but it promises to be a whole lotta fun!  Roads will be open so you MUST do your best to remain safe!
