Sea King & Sea Queen Swimrun

Challenge yourself to push your limits by participating in the 'Sea King & Sea Queen Swimrun', an exciting event consisting of course tracks on the beach, through the dunes and into the North Sea. Don't underestimate the elements of sand and sea, as they present significant challenges. Sea King combines swimming and running, set against the stunning backdrop of the beach, sea and dunes. The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 15, kicking off at 8:00 PM. It consists of three rounds, alternating between 300m downstream swimming in the sea and 1.5 km running through the dunes. Participants can compete individually or in teams consisting of one swimmer and one runner. The registration fee includes a day membership of Twins Club, electronic timing, insurance, sandwich and drink upon arrival, online photos, and prizes.
