Salt Springs Field, Forest & Falls Trail Race

This challenging trail race offers three different options for participants: a 5K, 10K, or 50K route. The courses take runners through a stunning old-growth forest with breathtaking scenery. The 5K route is now almost entirely on trails, while the 10K route includes a flat, fast section through wetlands. For those seeking a real challenge, the 50K route consists of 5 loops of the 10K course, totaling over 7,000 feet of elevation gain. All courses feature steep climbs, fast single track, and technical descents, providing a true PA trail running experience. Registration fees contribute to the maintenance and conservation of the park's trails. Stick around after the race for food, drinks, and camaraderie. Chip timing is provided for all races.
