Run Like A Fool! 5k/10k

Run Like a Fool 5k and Kids Run Run Like A Fool is a 5K race that normally takes place around April Fools every year in Olympia. In 2024 it will be on April 21, due to some scheduling issues. There is also a kids dash.   This is a great route for your first 5k. Two laps around scenic Capitol Lake. Fast and flat course on pavement and gravel. What costume will you be wearing?     $35 for general registration. $30 for Club Oly Road Runner Members $40 for registration after April 14, 2024 Kids Race is free   Day of Race Details:  Free kids race starts at 8:45 am
5K starts immediately after kids run (approx. 9:00 am)   Both races start and finish at the Heritage Park in Olympia, WA and will be 2 loops around the lake.  The first 250 registrants for the 5K will receive a fun Run Like a Fool hat, so be sure to register early!!!

Club Oly is also hosting an event to celebrate the first women's Olympic marathon trails on May 18. The event is a fundraiser for Bras for Girls, a nonprofit organization that donates new sports bras and breast development education booklets to girls in need with the intention of increasing the participation of girls/women in sports.
