Get ready for the Hilltop Lakes Race Series 1st ever Race to the Pole! Have a fun-filled time with loved ones this holiday weekend while you run, walk, stroller, or hustle through this scenic course.

For this Polar Express themed holiday fun run we are offering a chip-timed 5k run/walk and a 1-mile run/walk. The routes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Leashed dogs and strollers are welcome for parents who want to run with the little ones. Please be courteous of other participants. Keeping with the holiday spirit and surrounding our theme, child participants are encouraged to show up in their pajamas and adults are encouraged to wear their best holiday gear (Christmas sweaters, Santa hats, etc.). There will be a prize for best-dressed for both children and adults!

The event will begin on 12/17/2022 with an 8am start time for the 5k. The 1-mile run will start at 8:45am. Along each route there will be "cool-off" stations where you can get water and take a break if needed. The course will take place in a beautiful resort-style community where you will be surrounded by holiday decorations and have some unbeatable views. The fun does not end at the finish line! Stick around and join us for Breakfast with Santa where KIDS EAT FREE! Following breakfast will be a showing of the Polar Express with hot chocolate and cookies. There will also be vendor booths and other treats for the adults.

The profits from the race will go toward creating and enhancing family-themed amenities here in the Hilltop Lakes Community.

Packet pickup will be available at 2 different times and locations:

1. December 16th from 5pm - 7pm at the Hilltop Lakes Lodge (Arrowhead Lodge) MAGNOLIA ROOM - Hilltop Lodge Drive, Hilltop Lakes, TX

2. On the day of the race from 7am-7:45am at the start line in front of the Hilltop Lakes Pilot's Lounge (LOCATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
