Race for Recovery 5K - Howell, MI

We are excited to host our 2nd annual Race for Recovery 5k run/walk to be held on Saturday, August 17th, 2024! 

The Livingston County Community Alliance is hosting this race to raise awareness for substance abuse recovery, promote recovery resources in Livingston County, and showcase that recovery DOES happen! After the race stick around as we will have local substance abuse recovery agencies and information present as well as recovery speakers who will share their stories. This is a family friendly event, all ages and abilities welcome! 

Pricing: Early registration pricing only $25 until 8/11. $30 from 8/12 to 8/16. Race day is $35, online registration only. 

T-shirts: T-shirts available in sizes Adult Small thru Adult 3XLarge. Register early to secure your t-shirt size. 

Awards: Overall awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place - Running Lab gift certificates

Race day morning Packet Pickup: Starting at 8:00 am at the race location.

Course Description/Map: The course is at Scofield Park and surrounding neighborhood. Please see the course map tab at the top of the page. There is plenty of parking at the park.

Proceeds: Support the Livingston community to reduce and prevent youth substance use and to live a safe and drug free lifestyle.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Your results will be live after the race and available on this website!
