Pervolia Run

Great route! My first experience. Water stations were every 2,5 km(at least at my distance). Thanks for the organizing. I felt a great spirit of competition. 4 stars because there were many cars on the route and it's annoying when you are running to feel the smell of gas.

Well organized Great papa Johns Pizza Brilliand traditional dancers from Karotseris dancing school. But lasted too long. Many speeches from various people.

No results . This is ridiculous. If I want to training , I will not pay €20 to do this . It was a race , so they must give full results . I will never particularly on Periklis Demetriou race . Thanks but never again . And world marathons site must not sale ticket's or advertise any race again of periklis demetriou .

As for 5 k, the course was flat and fast, with limited view at the sea, no water on a route but with such distance no need for it. Traffic wasn't a problem, but as I watched half marathoners running with a traffic it looked like someone didnt pay enough attention to it. Someone mentioned weather factor - one hour ealier that day wouldn't make much difference. I am still waiting for results.

The race started time was scheduled late (09:45) when the sun was scorching and the wind strong and steady. There was no provision for restricting the traffic to one lane so we had mad drivers racing by to their Sunday tables at seaside tavernas. Horrible experience, first and last time in this race.

Was a nice small event, with lots of children to brighten to day. Lovely route, and the weather made it even better

Race is pretty flat with plenty of water stations and good marshalling. Only improvement is to reduce the number of presentation speeeches and have some English announcements for trophy winners as it was a bit chaotic

Good potential for a fast time

I as very disappointed at the pavolia half marathon race yesterday, not only was the course changed at the last moment, when I had finished my name did not appear on the results table especially as I think I may have finished 3rd in my age Group

Course changed without notice

This run was amazing from the start. A very well organised local Cypriot village event. The gift bags and bibs were given to everyone and the atmosphere was great. Pre race plenty of toilets and refreshments. The mass start was great fun and the route for the 21k was lovely. A couple of small hills but generally flat. Plenty of aid stations and enough marshals to point you in the right direction. We will be back next year. Nice presentation too. Thank you from me and the other 3 from Paphos Running Club.

No frills race, straight out and straight back for 5K and 10K.

Route course was difficult to identify with non existent marshals

Lovely scenery, easy flat race. Few runners which means easier to run but less drinks and other support.

Good and amazing course , just love it.

Pervolia is an amazing village with beautiful pathways along the sea. People there are friendly and nice!

Amazing view and not too crowded!
