Night Run Sandnes

The trail starts at Gramstadtunet and has a transport stretch on asphalt before it turns to gravel for a further 1 km. Then there are 2.2 km in somewhat demanding terrain, km on stone, rough path, in bog and on planks before we start again on the gravel to get back to Gramstad. Meeting point: Bus no. 29 runs from Ruten, in the center of Sandnes. The nearest stop to Gramstad is Strondavika, then you have to go up the last hill. If you come by car, there is a large car park at the top of Gramstad. Since it is dark, everyone must run with a headlamp! The surface is path and terrain, and it is recommended to run with terrain shoes.
