Miles for Mental Health Race

Help us to raise funds for mental health awareness!  I attempted suicide at the age of 13 and felt silenced by the stigma against mental health.  My goal is to help break the stigma and give back to others.  In past years we have donated to Valley Youth House, Camp Fowler, Project Silk, NAMI, and others.  These organizations have been able to take these donations to continue their efforts to make mental health accessible for all.  They have also used them to be able to send kids to summer camps at no cost, so they can have fun without worry.

Coplay Pavilion Ironton Rail Trail   

Entry:                    
Price is $25 before September 1st; after that date/day of race the price is $35 

Amenities:            
5k course starting and ending at the Saylor Kilns, T-shirt, refreshments, water stations, prizes, and a basket raffle 

Race Results:        
Race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co.; Results will be found at http://www.brynmawrracing.com
