Frostbite 5k - Concord, NC

The Junior Dream Team is made up of a group of Northwest students who are working together as a team to raise awareness and support for their dream recipient. Through their efforts and collaboration with Dream On 3, the team has the honor of helping make an over-the-top sports dream come true for a well-deserving individual in our school! All proceeds will go directly to Dream On 3 to grant Emmanuel's ultimate sports dream - a sophomore enrolled at Northwest Cabarrus High School who has battled end-stage kidney disease for the past four years.
