Cliffs Of The Neuse Trail Run & Hike

Come out and Support Cliffs of the Neuse State Park's 4th spring trail race! We will have 4ish and 8ish mile distances as well as a 4ish mile hike option.

START/FINISH AREA AT THE BIG PICNIC SHELTER WITH REAL PARKING AND REAL BATHROOMS!

The NEW course will start and finish at the big picnic shelter by the lake parking lot. There will  be a small amount of gravel road but the 4ish mile loop will be mostly beautiful single and double track. The curvy trails include less stairs, significant elevation change, bridges, and views of the river and lake. The 8ish mile race will be two loops of the 4 mile course. Both will include an aid station around the 2 mile mark and the 8 will pass it again around 6 miles. Both courses will be marked and timed. All events will start at 10:00am!

Everyone will park in the large lot by the lake.

Check in/packet pick up will be from 9:00a-9:30a at the start/finish area.

Online registration ends March 21st but we will have cash only race day sign up from 9:00a-9:30a.

As always we will have delicious cookies and a small meal waiting at the finish line! (gluten free and plant based of course)
