Trinona

Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses with a swim beneath Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, followed by cycling through the picturesque countryside. The event concludes with a flat, fast run along Lake Winona, culminating at the historic Lake Park bandshell. Options include triathlons, Aquabike events, and a Duathlon. Participants must be 18 or older to join the Olympic Triathlon and Olympic Aquabike and at least 16 for the other events.
