RACES
Adult Triathlon (15+ years): $80 AVAC Members | $85 Guests 
Junior Triathlon (11 - 14 years): $80 AVAC Members | $85 Guests 
Kids Splash & Dash (10 & under): Members $60 | $65 Guests 
Kids Duathlon (2 - 5 years): $50 (bike rental $5) 
Triathlon Relay: $55 AVAC Members | $60 Guests 
(10% discount for families who sign up 3 or more racers)

DISTANCES
Adult Tri (ages 15+)-400 yard pool swim, 5 mile stationary Bike & 2 mile neighborhood run 
Junior Tri (ages 11-14)- 200 yard pool swim, 3 mile stationary bike & 1 mile neighborhood run 
Duathlon Splash & Dash (ages 7-9)- 100 yard swim pool swim, 1 mile neighborhood run
Duathlon Splash & Dash (ages 5-7)- 50 yard swim pool swim, 1 mile neighborhood run
Duathlon (ages 2 - 5)- A few laps through out balance bike obstacle course followed by a 100 yard dash

PRIZES & PARTICIPANT SWAG
Each participant will receive a race shirt, swag from our sponsors, & a raffle ticket.
Winners of each division receive a medal & extra raffle tickets.
