The John Martins Foundation/RI Burn Foundation 5k and 1k Race/Walk

The John Martins Foundation and the RI Burn Foundation are collaborating to raise funds for advanced laser equipment for the burn unit at Rhode Island Hospital. This equipment is vital for reconstructive surgery to help reduce scar tissue for burn survivors. Participants can support the cause and will receive a RaceDay t-shirt if registered early. Finishers of the event earn a medal, and those aged 21 and up get a complimentary beer token for the Providence Narragansett Brewery. The event is rain or shine, with no refunds possible under any circumstances, even if severe weather causes cancellation.
