The Branchville 5K

The Fund Racing Alliance proudly presents the second annual Branchville 5K, on September 10, 2023, at 10:30 AM.

The race starts & ends at Selective Insurance, & runs through the Boro of Branchville NJ, on our USATF-Certified Course! The race is in support of Benny's Bodega, located on Spring Street in Newton, NJ!

About Benny's Bodega: Set up like a store, the Bodega offers hard working people who are struggling, a place to “shop” for basic needs items free of charge. Our target population is the A.L.I.C.E (Asset limited, income constrained, employed) population, the people working hard but not making enough to get by, while simultaneously making too much to receive any government assistance. About The Fund Racing Alliance: Our mission is to enhance physical, mental and community stability by strengthening its foundation with fundamental skills & needs. We partner with charities & other organizations that provide services to the people who need them. Our race is unique! There is a fundraising (Fund Racing) aspect, which allows you to RUN FOR A REASON! Once you sign up, create a Fund Racing page. Reach out to your coworkers, family and friends or share through your social media accounts & ask that they support the cause on your behalf. Keep in mind that our organization is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit; any and all donations are tax deductible!

Prizes will be awarded to the TOP FINISHERS, as well as our TOP FUND RACERS!

Same day registration: $35 (cash or check only)

Race Day Schedule:

9 AM: Bib Pick up Starts10 AM: Kiddo Fun Run10:30 AM: Race start time11:30 AM: Awards12 PM: Post Race Celebration at Third Base Pub. Music 12 PM - 3 PM by Brian St John and Todd Sheaffer. Participants receive a free beer and free entry. Non-runners $10 donation at the door.

Parking for the race is in the upper lot at Selective Insurance: 40 Wantage Ave. Branchville, NJ 07826.
The parking lot is a 5 minute walk to the start line, so please leave plenty of time to pick up your bib, hydrate, and get pumped up!
