Step Up 4 Health

Join us Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Methodist University for the Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo! Back for its third year, this event is an expansion of the Ribbon Walk and will support multiple patient care areas at Cape Fear Valley Health including Friends of the Cancer Center, Heart Care, CAP (Community Alternatives Program), CCMAP (Cumberland County Medication Access Program), Nursing Education Scholarship and Children’s Services. Join us for 4k and 1-mile walking routes and a Wellness Expo. The Wellness Expo will feature many CFVH service lines and is an opportunity for our community to come out and learn all that our health system has to offer. This portion of the event will be free to the public. 

Friday, April 19: T-Shirt Pickup (t-shirts can be picked up Friday or morning of the event at Methodist University)
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Foundation Office - Outside in Back of Building (Medical Arts Building - 101 Robeson Street)

Saturday, April 20 Timeline:
9:00 am: T-Shirt Pickup at Methodist University
9:30 am: Walk Opening Ceremonies
10:00 am: 4k and 1-mile walking routes begin
10:15 am: Wellness Expo starts
12:00 pm: Wellness Expo ends
