Southern Cross Open Water

After a 2 year hiatus due to Hurricane Ian, the Speedo SALT Series is excited to return to Fort Myers Beach this December for the 2024 Southern Cross Open Water Weekend. A world class venue and home to a rich history of open water racing including National and World Championships, Fort Myers has been a fixture in the open water space for decades.

This celebration style weekend will include open water racing on Saturday and the Buoy Ball Saturday afternoon. What’s the Buoy Ball? You’ve worked hard all season; let’s celebrate that. Join us for an afternoon of fun and open water family. Co-hosted by Florida Open Water.
