REFUNDS, DEFERRALS & TRANSFERS FOR 2024 EVENTS

NO REFUNDS other than the following exceptions:

You can purchase an individual event insurance policy when registering to cover a refund if you have a valid reason. Make sure to verify the details of that policy.Utah Gravel Series has event cancelation insurance in case of inclement weather that renders the venue unsafe or unusable, or a natural catastrophe/disaster

NO DEFERRALS are available to 2025 events and NO TRANSFERS to other 2024 Utah Gravel Series events. A majority of the 2024 Wild Horse entries are deferrals from 2023. There will be more Deferral and Transfer options for 2025 events as there will be much more wiggle room. Thank you.
